For this account, I wrote all the copy for Parkville Auto Body's new website. The previous website's copy lacked focus and failed to address consumer needs and concerns. I solved this by creating a cohesive B2C narrative dedicated to establishing consumer trust (an issue that plagues the auto repair industry). More specifically, I highlighted that this is a family owned and operated repair shop, dedicated to serving and communicating with customers as a fellow community member.
